Tulane IT holds an annual HPC workshop designed to introduce the Cypress High Performance Computing (HPC) system to faculty and researchers.
HPC staff members Carl Baribault, Hideki Fujioka, and Hoang Tran organized and presented our 2019 workshop over 2 days in uptown and downtown campuses. New Cypress users were introduced to the system and walked through hands-on exercises and examples of using Cypress, allowing them to start using the capabilities of Cypress in their research.
If you were not able to attend the workshop, we still have available the workshop material for you to peruse at your convenience at our HPC wiki page. Please contact us if you require assistance with using Cypress for your research project.
